Costa Coffee - Sidcup High Street — Restaurant in London

I wasn't aware that when you order a Flat White Coffee with Whole Milk. you have to ask for it EXTRA HOT, otherwise the barista will just serve it to you extra cold. Really? Shouldn't they give you a choice? I honestly thought Mr Freeze had made it! I used to think McDonald's Latte's were the coldest coffees money could buy, but this one wins hands-down. Worst staff I’ve ever encountered in a Costa. Completely disinterested in listening to any requests with your order.

Inexperienced, unbothered staff who have no idea how to be a barista.

The drinks are terrible, never consistent. I have ordered peach iced teas in there a few times (to give them the benefit of the doubt) but every time they taste like dishwater, request more syrup and they’ll answer “I’ve already put some in it”. Hot chocolates are luke warm and cappuccino is either extremely strong or too weak.

Worst place ever to go for a coffee. There is always 2 girls behind the bar who are always speaking in a different language, even with having a queue of customers or serving people. When going in myself I was served by who I believe to me the manager who was extremely rude to me while taking my order, was talking a different language on the phone. Also she was too involved on her phone rudly shouting at another girl with blue hair to take the orders as obviously her phone call was more important then the customers...
