Very happy to have this restaurant here! Always great to have good quality Japanese food being represented. For any sushi aficionados out there, this is pretty up there in terms of presentation, right ingredients, taste and texture and softness of the sushi rice (very important!) . Won't find any better locally unless going up Central London. My only critique would be that the size of the sushi is a bit too big to be put in the mouth in one go! I won't mind this, the more the merrier! But I mention as technically sushi is meant to be eaten in one go and size should be maintained. It being named gyoza, they didn't disappoint. Liked that they made the vegetable gyoza a green colour :), the chicken was my favourite. Service was also very good. Price is comparable and they also serve a number of Chinese dishes and some selection of dimsum. Unfortunately there is no dessert option, I would suggest later expanding to at least include mochi ice cream or matcha ice cream as potential options. Please come here and support your local restaurants :), highly recommend!

I've ordered from Love Gyoza several times and found their food to be pretty good to okay. Today, I thought I would try their pad thai which I have not had from here before. I knew as soon as I opened the box that this would not be a proper pad thai: ho fun instead of thin rice noodles, "Chinese" vegetables like baby corn, broccoli and carrot, no sign of egg or tofu. But I thought as long as it tastes okay, that stuff probably wouldn't matter. Well the fact is it tasted of nothing. It was not a pad thai, just a plain stir-fried veg noodle dish with some peanuts on top and a slice of lime. No tamarind sauce, no garlic: no flavour. I rang the restaurant as I thought maybe they had sent the wrong dish - the person checked this and said it was right ("does it have peanuts and lime?"). I told them this definitely was not a pad thai, I know what pad thai tastes like and they should know what people expect when they order a pad thai. He then told me that some restaurants put sweet chilli in the dish. I told him no, it's not sweet chilli, it is tamarind sauce, which is the whole point of a pad thai. He said "this is just how we make" it, and when I fed back that they should not sell it as pad thai, he then proceeded to ask me how many times I had eaten pad thai and from where at which point I'm afraid I did lose my patience and hung up. It is incredibly disappointing that this restaurant takes people's money and delivers not what people want or expect. And to add to that, they were not willing to take on board feedback but rather took a "like it or lump it" attitude. I suspect they do not have cooks that know how to make pad thai, in which case, why offer it on the menu at all? Just stick to veg ho fun. As I said, I did up until today order from here quite frequently, but this experience means I won't order again in the future.

Two schoolboy errors. First, I should have checked Google Maps for location as I walked the length of the High Street in both directions, and down Station Road to Papa John's. Idiot. Next, Google would have told me no dining in service. So, I stood outside and ordered via Just Eat. Dumplings various, Gyoza and crispy pork belly. In order of enjoyment, the pork belly, then the steamed char siu pork buns, then the duck Gyoza and then the prawn dumplings. A lesser man might have struggled, but I managed.

We recently dined at the Gyoza restaurant in Sidcup. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. What truly impressed me was the outstanding service. The waitress who assisted us was incredibly helpful. When I attempted to order two dishes separately, which would have cost around £17, she promptly suggested a meal option with the same items for approximately £10. Her honesty and consideration 💯. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good food 👌

Absolutely delightful! The ambience is cozy, the wait staff were courteous and attentive, the food was delicious, the portions were generous and the quality and speed of service were definitely high up there. Definitely a place to grab some great and tasty food which also have a selection of in house cocktails. Save yourself the trip to Chinatown and go here instead! 130% would recommend. Thank you for hosting us and Im looking forward to the next time!

Cozy place with a good atmosphere, clean and tidy. Bathrooms are clean. Staff friendly and always attentive to customers' needs. We went on a Sunday night, the food was quite fast. Excellent food, especially the appetizers. In our bill was average. I recommend it.
