Costa Coffee — Restaurant in London

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Coffee shops

The issue that I have experienced was: Unfortunately overheard the staff slating their regular customers whilst on my visit here. Also on the 2nd occasions I came was served by the same person very rude female staff member ( name Laura ) with a great deal of attitude . When I asked for my drink ( double macchiato ) to be add a bit more milk on it if Possible she wasn’t happy with that , as it’s show on here face ..not even speak to me , Later she gave me my drink in a rude way ...I ask here if I can speak with the manager unfortunately the manager was not there...I was expecting apologise , but she not . definitely require extra training. Am a great Costa fan but this store is not great.

This meant that It’s made me feel unwelcome and frustrated on the very bad way . Unpleasant experience .

Initially I found this a helpful resource whilst waiting for my train, one barista let me use the loo before I purchased anything which made me purchase something. I didn't catch her name but she was a helpful, friendly and smiley (the best kind of person) lady. Unfortunitly on the flip side there was an unfriendly, miserable looking creature who initially I thought had a tired disposition. I helped her whilst she was busy making coffee whilst another customer kept inturupting her with milk questions, she was short with him but then SNAPPED at me! When I kindly said Im just helping you she shot a look at me that would chastise the most naughtiest of children and didn't even apologize. I won't be returning to this branch again and I think I might stop using the...

Great space, open available for sit-ins. Staff are not the happiest people you've met. But that's probably due to the 8.00 per hour rate and longer hours. There's one nice lady with glasses, which I gave an extra star for. I cannot give 4 to 5 stars due to the inconsistencies of calling out orders for some customers but not for others. I ended getting handed a lukewarm sandwich by another confused customer duing this pandemic. I recommend the Starbucks next door. A little better, although the space is larger and it's less...
