Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in London

I went in for a crème brûlée oat shaken espresso, when we walked in there were 2 baristas standing behind the counter more engaged in conversation than they were about the customers. They still continued having a rather personal conversation for the whole shop to hear which i think is incredibly inappropriate. One of them who could be bothered to make my drink made it incorrectly forgetting the foam … these things happen i understand and so i pointed it out and she proceeded to top up the already full cup with the foam and placed the lid on top which made the drink explode everywhere….she gave me this coffee and was rather rude when i asked her to either put it in another cup or remake for me. The girl who made my drink is named Shara, she conducted herself in a wholly unprofessional way … this really isnt the level of service i would expect, seemed like they were rather annoyed we come in before they closed and unfortunately disturbed their chitchat session. Quality of drinks varies widely depending on who is on duty behind the counter. This is not acceptable. When I buy a Starbucks coffee or tea I expect the same level of quality and attention every single time. Store managers should pay more attention to:

1- Who they employ 2- How the train them 3- Ensure staff are motivated 4- Put in place controls to ensure the quality of the drinks 5- Review staff performance on a regular basis and replace those who fail to uphold brand reputation with their attitude

Today for example. (1st October @ 11am), I got the worst tea ever. It was lukewarm, tasteless and there was too much milk in it. It tastes like water with milk. The attendant was so uninterested and slack I did not even bothered to ask him to brew a fresh tea.

It not my first time here never had a problem. Me and my friends come here joined three tables so we could all seat together, then I go order, the manager herself tells me wether my friends gonna order, I told her I don’t know maybe. 🫤 I am taken a back by her question I am in the middle of ordering then you ask me about other people? She tells me they have to order cause we are occupying three tables and I said yeah but there are plenty other tables available anyways. First of all maybe u should wait for a few minutes to see if the rest are ordering or not then interrogate me! (There is another group of student which have their own food and drinks with them and no one is questioning them!) Why me and my friends being targeted for no good reason?
