Costa Coffee — Restaurant in London

The reason I am giving a 1 star is the service. I just ordered a coffee frappe on 29/06/2025 at around 12:30 which I always do in a different costa which I usually go to in whitton where the service and coffee is excellent. First thing I saw the lady make the coffee frappe and normally they put 2 scoops and they ran out of the coffee powder after putting in 1 scoop and she threw the tin away. I did not see her open a new tin and she started mixing. Then the other older lady passed the frappe to me with very little cream on top and I asked her kindly could she please add on a bit more cream and what really angered me was she repeated what I said in a question mark and made a disgusted face. Now normally I would have said something there and then but I had my 2 kids waiting in the car. Not adding another scoop of coffee was bad enough but I could let that go but to make a disgusted face to a customer when I just paid £5.50(added vanilla syrup) is just not right. Ok coffee shop, a bit too cold in summer and too hot in winter. Clearly they don't know how to set the air conditioning. Fortunately there are seats outside. Coffee is the same as every other store: overpriced and not that good. It's the only coffee shop around here, so unless you want to walk over a mile, you'll have to like it. Walked in half hour before they shut, was looking at the paninis and the guy behind the counter told me I can't have one as he turnt the machine off!
