Indian Palace Restaurant — Restaurant in London

We visit the restaurant on Friday 14th February and the way we’ve been treated by one of the staff members been very rude and unfortunately we will never returning there. Me being pregnant and get the comments I’ve got and the staff telling my husband “ do you wanna come outside and speak with me?”..threatening the customers and making me fear for me and my husband and my on board baby … is unacceptable and shocking . We’ve never been in this situation and we felt threatened and we had to leave after only having starters ( the food unbelievable delicious) and when I ask about the manager / owner the rude aggressive staff said the old man is away and now I treat the customer how I want. Is my restaurant and I do whatever I want. Will never return there again and will never recommend as you will be threatened and asked to step outside for a fight. Shame on the staff that ruining the good food quality reputation of this restaurant.

Just finished my delivery to the nearby Holiday Inn Express.

Was a little surprised to have a £2 delivery charge when my order was over £20 and according to Google Maps is less than 2 miles.

My Shami kebab appetizer was just 'OK'. Taste was great, but texture was much to firm. It should have been a much more delicate texture, not chewy !

But, those two items are the only complaints.

Delivery was VERY quick, the delivery person was very efficient calling me ahead of arriving, the food (other than the Shami Kebab) was EXCELLENT !

If you like a spicy curry, with lots n lots of flavor, get the Naga Chicken. I'm 56 and a curry aficionado, this was one of the best spicy curries I have EVER had and the chicken was tender and tasty.

Next time I have an overnight at LHR I'll have no hesitation to order from here again. Heck, if I arrive at LHR in the evening, and have a car, I'll drive...

A mixed bag As a new customer Stunning everything you want from a traditional curry house that's been around for 35 years. Eating in. Supporting businesses like this with family values is very important. Brilliant food spicy but not too hot that u cant taste anything, portion size is very generous, the meat falls apart in your mouth. Keema naan is definitely worth a go. Amazing service from friendly and kind staff. Will definitely be coming back. And best thing is very reasonably priced.
