Costa Coffee — Restaurant in London

Very slow, annoying talkative staff, messy, often trash is left untouched from previous customers all over the tables and seats, cramped poorly thought out layout, not enough single/double person seats, and extremely overpriced considering with Costa what you get is third-rate Starbucks and with this particular one on top of that you also get the aforementioned issues and a poor menu selection and a disturbing lack of toilet paper...

Usually enjoy myself and most staff are lovely. Service can be very slow. Went in on Sunday 6th Jan, and served at 16:30 by a man who clearly couldn't care less, engaged in no conversation or friendly manner and obviously just wanted to go home. He was almost purposefully slow with serving and didn't offer a smile. I remember his name but won't post on here. Either way, it really disappointed me as most staff...

Just awful, new inexperience staff who evidently cannot cope when it's busy. The worst Mocha I've ever had in that Costa and I go there regularly. It's all rushed no attention to detail. I specifically asked for semi skimmed milk which he poured into the jug and it finished, the guy then proceeded to add whole milk and to top it off my drink was luke warm. Not good enough guys. I expect better...
