Costa Coffee — Restaurant in London

I am a regular customer of this place because is near home. More specifically I'm a Romanian customer and unfortunately, I had to assist many times to hear the management of the place cursing in Romanian language. I think this lady is the manager of this place and if it happened one time I will understand but it seems like something normal and it's very unprofessional. I surprised even other customers feeling uncomfortable.A couple weeks ago I've been served by this lady and to be honest she didn't look sober at all by the way that she talks and behaves. Generally a nice store, I have been visiting for years. Saturday's crew need a bit of supervision and training, as they lack confidence and attention to detail. I’ve lost count how many times they mid hear me or forget things- like chocolate sprinkles to promotional drinks. Plus tiding up is often very slow, that’s even in the whiter parts of their day. It seems the two male staff are the least knowledgeable in customer service etc

Staff often seem impatient and unfriendly easily overwhelmed by multiple orders and slow to clean up the often wobbly tables. The quality of the coffees is variable at this branch sometimes the flat white is overwhelmed with foamed milk and tastes like a weak latte.When I raised this once the staff look at me like I am mad and go ‘it’s a flat white’ rather than listening to me and validating my concern. I know what a flat white is and what a Costa flat white is meant to taste...
