Costa Coffee — Restaurant in London

This is hands down the best and efficient Costa I have ever been to. I am always greeted with the biggest smile kindest staff members the manager is ever so kind to make sure your order was correct and your happy with your drink. They never fail to put a smile on my face and give me the best experience. Genuinly I couldn’t fault this branch. Please if you live near here make sure to pop in and grab a coffee. I’ve been to plenty of branches but this specific branch needs a raise as not once I’ve felt like my coffee wasn’t made correct or to feel like I wasn’t welcome . The staff offer u special blend coffee because then they can charge u more than for a regular coffee. Twice they didn’t even ask me or informed that the price is higher for the so called special blend. They totally ruined my experience and my morning how rude to charge more without informing . And I have to always ask many times to have my bread warmed. It’s like they r robots and not listening to constumers requests. The worst Decaffeinated choice of all the major chains! Who ever thought of using ’teabags’ to put the coffee in the espresso machine basket was mad. The coffee isn’t tamped down and doesn’t form a seal, so all the hot water just runs around the bag and straight into your cup resulting in weak watery coffee that might just as well have come from a bad filter!
