I was asked to add track and trace by barrista Jo (woman) and I said I do not have the track and trace app due to only just receiving a new phone. I said she could make a note of my details. Jo asked me what size of coffee I wanted and I told her regular but she did not understand me so asked another 4 times in total. I was not asked about track and trace again, I hung around waiting for my toastie and coffee which I then took to a table and began eating. Around 8 minutes into my toastie I was stood over by Jo who said I had to give her my details now, I asked that I finish eating as I had been driving a bus all morning and had been up since 4am, I was hungry. She said no. I said please, let me just finish and I will come over, Jo took a step back and said "I will wait here until you finish." I was absolutely humiliated as the restaurant had around 10 people who by now we're watching, I put down my toastie and entered my details via the app which I downloaded onto my phone there and then. I went to collect my order and was told by the store manager Edyta that I could not receive my order due to a store system issue and it not showing on her system. So despite paying I didn’t get my order. The store manager was incredibly unhelpful and didn’t help us resolve it and said I needed to contact customer services, showing no care to resulte the problem and serve the drink I had paid for.
