I am a regular customer. It was on Friday, I was a last customer before closing shop, I forget my iPhone 12 Pro max original charger at charging point where I sat. next day, I went there for querry before opening shop but I found such a rude behave by their staffs who were on duty yesterday as well, also they said, they didn’t found. Next day, I again asked with their station manager the guy who mostly seems at counter, again he also responded with such a rude behave with irresponsible manner! Finally I asked with their regional operational manager, she then cooperated. She checked CCTV and found, one of their staff found and kept at inside the counter but again missing from there, which was kept at place where CCTV was not covering, she said! But I’ve wondered that there is CCTV camera at the back side, pointing to the counter. And no one couldn’t entered there except their staff. Their staff were saying nobody found, but CCTV showed that they found. Truth was, simply they found and didn’t wanted to returned. They were making many unsuitable excuses, cause they were lying. She accepted her staffs mistake and asked big apology and requested for payment, then we both parties agreed. My point is, although it was a small thing, but the thing is, how trustworthy their staffs are! If someone left valuable items, how can we expect that will return from them! Please be careful...

Read moreI was having a coffee with someone while a woman was begging for money. She put a piece of paper in front of my eyes, then she grabbed my phone which was on the table. She lifted the paper for several times very close to me, then back on the table. It was too late when i realised she was stealing my phone. Unfortunately, i was not the first case and the staff was so indifferent to me, saying just: you have to report to the police.
