Visual Molest: Time 17:15 approx on 4th Feb 18 Witnessed the guy at the counter constantly staring at a girl who was ordering coffee with her mate. This was very creepy as the girl and her mate were having a conversation and he he was ogling at her constantly. Could see that the girl was very uncomfortable and wanted to leave as soon as possible. Smiling is one thing however visual molesting takes it to another level.

Will never get my friends or family there again. Hope the timestamp provided above can assist the Management to verify this by checking their CCTV.

A busy branch of Costa Coffee, with a passing trade so there can be a wait at peak times. Wheelchair accessible,with seating available outside a small area with 6 tables and the 3 closer to the shop entrance are below two heaters so even on a chilly day it's comfortable to sit and enjoy the coffee and varied snacks that are available. The Staff are friendly and helpful with table service when needed. Also the tables are cleaned regularly. I know regular people who go there most days and I think it appropriate to say that the old adage that people vote with their feet speaks volumes about...

I’m always welcomed here. I’m not a customer that goes in daily or even weekly but it’s rare that I have to tell them my order now as it’s always the same. It’s nice to see a familiar, friendly faces that you can have a rapport with. Unfortunately I don’t know all the names of the staff but Veronica is always helpful, kind and professional, has always gone above to assist me when she is working. In fact all the staff take their time to be welcoming, polite and professional. I have been to another local Costa and it’s a very different...
