This Costa branch is either good or great depending on what you go there for.
If it's for a place to use a laptop and work or study I reckon it's hard to beat. Plenty of sockets, comfortable seating, toilet facilities and free WiFi meets most folks needs.
Although positioned right beside a major road junction, very little traffic noise makes it through the quality glazing installed.
There are four bus routes outside and Kew Bridge station is over the road.
For others, finding an unoccupied table can be a bit difficult, due to its popularity. The coffee isn't the greatest and the food is uninspiring.
If you're looking for great coffee and tasty fresh cooked food at similar prices, The Roastery beside Kew Bridge station is a much better place to go.
The Costa store has a level access entrance and a disabled toilet. The staff there have improved lately, and service was quick and friendly. Incidentally if you take your own cup, there's a 25p reduction, though Pret and others beat this easily.
I thought it was alright, but I've also been to many better and more reasonably...

They ruined my Saturday morning coffee, so finally I left the place whiteout the coffee. The good thing is that because of that I discovered a lovelly coffee place in front of it, thank you about that. Definitelly I wouldnˋt...

The older staff is nice, but regardless, all of their drinks taste like nothing (unlike in other branches I've tried), and the food is often stale.
I have had a Costa Card for about 7 years, I quite like their stuff in general if I'm on the go, but I am going to avoid this branch completely...
