The actual garden christmas event was fantastic and amazing, booking it on their website was a total nightmare. The mobile version had links that basically took me in circles. My husband suggested I used the laptop which was better as it didn't have the extra dead-end links. When I eventually figured it out I also booked parking. When we arrived at the parking it was a rubbish side road that didn't even have a parking space, so what did I actually reserve. That cost £10 to reserve, 15min away. We nearly started the walk but luckily my husband suggested we just drive closer and we find a much better spot, that part was a total nightmare which is why the star rating but the actual event when we finally arrived with the children...

They have this booking policy now that kills the experience and the purpose of having a membership. You can't just go when you want to -you have to book. You can't just visit the Orchid festival - you have to plan and book and guess what -it's always sold out at the weekend. And this automatically means that my child would never see the exhibition. Not a chance! They finish school at 4pm at the exact moment last entry is allowed at the garden. It was not a problem before Covid- 19 to go and enjoy the gardens any time you want but they have made it unnecessarily complicated , extremly inconvenient...

They SUCK! I came all the way from London as it was written on their website there are at the gate tickets and they refused to sell me tickets on the gate, the lady was super rude and unprofessional, unwilling to help... I asked for solutions to enter today as I am only one person, later hours to join, they suck, terrible terrible wont recommend anybody to go or approach such...
