Creams Cafe — Restaurant in London

I came to this creams and I have to admit that the desserts were nice and appealing to seat down to eat. I've paid 5 things which would came one by one, the employer who was serving to the tables reached our table with the last thing, a cappuccino but I ordered a Latte the same employer said that she didn't even know the names of the (hot) drinks, the responsible for the drinks would only say "take". After too many times insisting for her to bring me a Latte, she brought it to me again the exact same drink. 18 minutes after, I've asked a refund of the Latte because I'm not coming to eat outside to teach people how to make hot drinks. The drinks's responsible started an argument with me trying to say that she was alone and full of work and I replyed that she should serve me first because the people who came after me had already been served. She was still trying to argument with me knowing I was FULL of reason after this they're still talking about us (me and my family) and while we were writing this review they came to invite us to go out (trying to take the plates from the table). For sure at least 2 persons in this restaurant should have a customer service class. I'm not that much irritating customer, just...

First time I've been to the gants Hill branch and upon entering this smell hit me and my partners nose. It was dreadful, it smelt like mouldy containminated dairy infused water, we should've took that as the warning but we had driven out of our way to get here, so persevered. Every table was covered in plates that had been left by previous customers and stains everywhere. The tall male staff member who was taking our order got it wrong and was more fussed with cleaning his nails then concentrating on the customers. The man who was making the waffles under cooked them and then was using his hands to plate them up and put the ingredients on...... when I told them the waffles weren't cooked and were still like fresh batter on the inside, he gave me a "that's how vegan waffles are" In this moment I noticed all of the food over the sideboards and the mess on the floor. This deserves a minus on a hygeine chart.

They reluctantly gave me my money back and when I asked for my receipt he was scrunching it up to get rid of it..... NEVER EVER EVER GO HERE AND NEVER RISK YOUR HEALTH FOR A BISCUIT ... ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!

Overall, it was ok. The deserts wasn't bad, but it wasn't incredibly amazing. The problem was hygiene things and service/staff. It smelt like a public toilet and the menu was covered in some sort of sticky substance. The staff didn't even notice when me and my friends walked in and we had to get the menu ourselves as it was not on the tables. The floor had multiple spills of a unknown liquid and the table had another sticky substance on it. I originally ordered an ice cream, and while waiting i noticed dead flies in the ice cream tubs! It was disgusting. The lady who served me my ice cream looked like she didn't even care, and when she added my wafer onto my ice cream she wasn't wareing gloves. I find that very unhygienic and unsanitary. My friend ordered a mango bubble tea but then siad it tasted just like flavoured water with bubble tea pearls and when she told the person who made it, they didn't even care. The person then hesitantly gave my friend a refund while looking annoyed and frustrated. If you would like to get bad customer service and risk your health just for some...
