This was my 3rd CUPP experience although my previous ones were at the Whitechapel branch Ordered a regular size Grapefruit tea with Lychee jellies. 🍊🧋 1st of all, avoid the regular size!! It's considerably smaller than the large which is only 50p more, you will only end up feeling regret. Secondly, if you want a nice refreshing drink whether its the milk teas or the fruit teas - My top tip is to avoid any jellies, or popping jellies or tapioca balls (the bubbles) They seem to always get in the way of enjoying your drink, and many people are put off for life when trying bubble tea for the first time. Don't do it just "for the culture" Try go for the classic brown sugar milk tea or the premium version of it (with cream) but avoid the tapioca bubbles unless you definitely want to chew more than you can drink! Okay now for the educational gamechanger.. I recently visited Beyond Boba twice on ilford lane and I noticed their drinks are too sweet, too sickly and not refreshing enough... and the reason is... they use artificial syrups and flavours CUPP on the other hand I was told used actual grapefuit juice (I saw the liquid, took their word for it) and only use cane sugar in their tea mix. The result is CUPPs fruit tea tasted a lot lot better, more organic, less artificial and way more refreshing, I even had a slice of an actual real grapefruit within my cup! Amazing stuff! I didn't notice anywhere to sit if you wanted to "dine-in" but the product is of a high quality, the shop is in a decent location albeit no parking directly outside (CUPPle minutes walk from parking spots) but all in all, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the product, reasonable pricing considering recent trends and a must visit if you're thirsty. Beyond Boba - up yo game son.

First time ordering from here and NEVER AGAIN. Ordered three drinks 1. Brown sugar milk premium 2. Mango Fruit tea and 3. Wintermelon Lemon Tea 1 Drink was damaged and spilled in the bag, so unfortunately cant tell you how the mando fruit tea was!! Also NO straws were given with our order therefore using a normal straw to drink and a spoon for the boba/tapioca!! Fantastic way to drink bubble tea!! (Sarcasm intended) and on top their telephone line doesn't work!! Who gives bubble tea WITHOUT straws!! The other 2 drinks were horrible, watered down, tastes of milk with water!! Definitely not Premium Sugar!! The Wintermelon lemon tea tastes like water with some sugar in it!! Never had such disgusting, flavourless bubble tea in my life!

Having a Peach Milk bubble tea at Cardiff 3 days ago, this is nothing compared to it. It is busy and understaffed. The peach milk tea tastes more like milk tea and no peach. Too much tea and not enough peach puree. I was disappointed as Cardiff was creamy peachy and sweet. The one from this store was bitter and watery. Had to go in the store to complain, staff immediately made another one which was slightly peachier but it was still bitter. I was disappointed after having such a lovely cup in the other branch. Please train your staff to make the same teas. The matcha sugar tea is nice however the overpriced peach tea was the one I got :(

At its best, Cupp has great innovative flavours and a nice selection. The drinks taste nice, like your average boba. But they do some flavours better than others. And it is a MASSIVE hit or miss. matcha rose-amazing. Matcha was made properly and countered the rose perfectly. Rose, brown sugar-always amazing. But whenever i got taro milk it was always a let down, there was hardly a trace of taro in the drink. Once I got a strawberry milk tea and another time a strawberry fruit tea. Sorry but those were some of the worst things Ive ever put in my mouth. The strawberry fruit tea genuinely tasted like puke. The strawberry fruit tea was bitter with an unlikable flavour. the boba was soggy (i could bite right through it) and absolutely tasteless. Actually it did have a taste and it was terrible. It was honestly a really depressing end to a good meal. Recently, after a long day i went to cupp again for some boba. There werent many people ahead of me, only about 5, but somehow it took them so long to take my order. to the girl's credit she made mine pretty fast. But i was surprised to see the prices went up. The price wasnt even on the menu, only the price of toppings. I paid over 6 pound for this drink and it was terrible. I was so disappointed. I ordered a brown sugar milk tea and it just tasted bland and like normal milk. The boba was again, soggy and tasteless. There wasnt enough brown sugar syrup to distract from the blandness of the rest of the tea. That incident was the nail in the coffin for me. I used to be a regular but now i dont plan on going here again. Too many disappointments, too inconsistent, too unpredictable, too many gross tasting teas. They used to be good but they just dont make it like they...

I have been to Cupp a few times with my young daughter, and am disgusted by the absolute lack of care for customers. I have no idea how the young lady was able to take my order practically without acknowledging that we were there.

She was more interested in talking to her colleague and drinking her own bubble tea. It was as if my daughter and I were an annoyance to her social time at work!

Your company needs to learn what customer service is from concept to end. I have no doubt that you are losing customers with this level of 'non service'. I will never use your company again and will tell anyone that I know that your service is repulsive to decent human beings.

A warm and welcoming environment is essential in today's market, especially for small businesses.

Please train your staff. If you need help with this, then maybe you should not be in business.

If you are a franchise, then the parent company obviously do not vet their franchise partners in any way shape or form.

Don't expect to get any business from me, and expect a reduction in your footfall and revenue, because I do not like being treated like my daughter and I are not real and I am influential in...
