The service was good at the start but when the manager appeared. It was one of the rudest experiences I ever had.

It was June 7th. I stopped by the place to have a smoothie and to work outside. When the time passed 17, the waiter appeared and kindly asked me to close my laptop as it’s their regulation - after 17 it’s no working time. Okay, I was a bit shocked, but I said that Ill needed ten more minutes to finish my work (I needed to send something over.) He said it was impossible, and then I asked for at least 3 more minutes. This waiter left, and an angry manager appeared. She approached me with an exclamation- “It passed 17, so I don't want a laptop here.” I said - “it sounds rude. But I need two more minutes to send something over.” Then she said -”I’ll come to you in two minutes.”

I believe it’s an inappropriate way of talking to customers. There is no sympathy so ever. You can have different rules in any place, and I’m sitting outside; I don’t see any signs of such a rule - no laptops after 5. And there should be some understanding, that some people have to finish their work or might have smth important. But such manager behavior is the hugest red flag for customer...

I recently visited Crol & Co. Coffee at London Bridge and had an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel right at home.

The coffee here is simply outstanding. My expertly brewed latte was rich, smooth, and full of flavor – you can tell they use high-quality beans and have skilled baristas who know their craft.

What really sets Crol & Co. apart is their exceptional service and attention to allergens. As someone with dietary restrictions, I often struggle to find cafés that understand and accommodate my needs. The team at Crol & Co. is incredibly knowledgeable about their ingredients and takes great care to avoid cross-contamination, ensuring that all customers can enjoy their food and drinks safely. This level of care and consideration is truly impressive.

If you're near London Bridge and looking for fantastic coffee, look no further than Crol & Co. Coffee. With their excellent coffee, outstanding service, and commitment to accommodating all guests, this café is a true gem. Highly...

I visited Crol and Co on my last morning in London and was immediately greeted by a lovely person asking what she could get me and whether I wanted to sit in or outside. I chose to sit inside and was met with a lovely picture wall off (guests i assume?) and DOGS! Along with the picture wall there was one of the workers dogs laying just inside the door behaving so well.

The vibes were so lovely and even though it might bother some, I loved how loud the workers were talking and laughing together, it really made it feel like a comfortable space to be in.

I had the strawberry split smoothie, a cup of earl grey and the vegan carrot, apple & spiced tea crunch cake. The smoothie was definitely my favorite, containing coconut milk (which I LOVE) making it nice and creamy, and the tea was nice as well. The cake I personally wasn’t a huge fan of, as it tasted mostly like a crunchy oatmeal, but each bite grew more and more on me.

Overall it was a very very nice last morning to have in London, and I would recommend, especially for solo travelers such as myself, since the place is...

First time visiting today, after walking past so many times, on the way to Guys Hospital. Nice little place, perfect spot, obviously gets busy. Reservations bookings available. Small and cosy inside, with adequate seating outside. Greeting with a smile and service was prompt and polite. Cappacino coffee tasted great, but the Cheese & Ham Crossaint let this visit down. Unfortunately, there was no offer to have it warm, not sure they have the facility for such, to be fair. It wasn't as fresh as it looked. It was dry and dence inside and not fluffy & buttery and the ham was dry, chewy and had a lot of fat on it. Maybe the fact that the pastries are by the street door to this establishment and they are not covered, could have alot to do with how fresh they stay. My visit was at around 10:15am. Thank you for having me, Crol & Co. 🙂
