I would never go back here. I arrived after a 6 hour drive to be told I couldn't park there and would need to find somewhere else. Eventually they allowed me to use the disabled space because our rooms weren't ready at 3.30pm! (They took over 30mins to sort us out and Check in is any time from 2pm) I had a show to get to and because of the delayed check in I missed the tube and had to get a taxi. An hours journey wasnt cheap! (Sunday hours) I use premier Inn for business every week but this is the worst I've stayed in. Staff were barely available and when they were they were extremely unhelpful. Now the rooms. My friend used her kettle and it blew all the electrics. Took an hour to sort. Not what you need in a morning. My room was full of damp. I have asthma and it didn't do my health any favours. I would have asked to change rooms but staff not being available meant I would have had to hang around somewhere I hated to be. Now noise. Cleaners and guests seem to think its okay to have full on conversations outside your room at the most ridiculous times. This was a holiday so a 6am wake up was not what I envisaged. And lastly security. They lock the gate at night which you have to buzz to get in. Great right? Wrong. A guy snuck in and was wandering the hotel. How was he able to? Because the doors you're supposed to use your card to get through were all propped open. Only good thing was the hotels location, but I warn you. Choose...

Pros: -Great location for Tower of London, Borough Market and The Globe theater. There’s even a hop on hop off bus stop 15 minutes walk away -Decent price -Fantastic service -Good and early breakfast -Bed very comfy and shower pressure/bathroom is awesome
Cons -Rooms not great quality. The AC in our room was dripping down the wall and and the fan on the bathroom did nothing. There’s no fridge and the lift and building are obviously old -the location is in a busy walk way so there’s a lot of car and people noise consistently through the night -far away from every other London attraction
Overall, I would not stay in this location again. The price wasn’t as dirt cheap by the end as I would have liked for the quality of the stay. It worked for us as we were focused on the 3 attractions closest to the hotel, but I’d say stay somewhere closer to the center of the city if you’re looking at going to more areas. You can find a hotel that is better for a...
