Just watched the matinee of Barnum. Absolutely fabulous! Another amazing production from this wonderful theatre. The cast gave brilliant performances; Laura Pitt-Pulford was outstanding as Chairy Barnum, and Marcus Brigstocke was wonderful in the lead role - his singing skills weren’t necessarily award winning, but his humour and amiability won through. This is a lovely theatre that is sadly run by the rudest and most unhelpful people I have ever encountered in a fringe theatre. A website that does not work. A girl who is always on duty in the ticket office who I have overheard so many people complaining about her rudeness, full price tickets with a seriously restricted view. when I ask to have something done about it they...
