Curry Express — Restaurant in London

If I had my way I wouldnt of even put 1 star 😡Ordered a family meal,chicken masala & chicken Tikka was roar,was pink & chewy on both occasions, I called the shop and explained we was not happy & ordered this for kids😡They sent the another order and again the chicken was roar. Called shop yet again and the man who answered was not at all helpful and couldnt wait to get off the phone😡he then told me if I wanted it well done I should of said when I made order, I told him espicially chicken is surposed to be cooked properly it is not steak, I then ask for manager as I was not getting anywhere with him he didnt no when manager would be back🤔he then told me he is going to send driver with another order I clearly told him I would not be eating from here again absolutely terrible service.the rice we ordered with chicken went to waste & the nan breads was stone cold & hard,how long we waited😡he did not even say he would refund me for this😡we waited 2 times for chicken which is why the rice & nan breads was ordered.Would not order from here again but each to there own.Ordered from here quite a few times never had this problem I dont no what as happened to the shop or who cooks the food now, I'm so glad we checked the chicken on both occasions before serving it...

Back in the days this was one of the nicest restaurants for Indian food In w12....I don't know if there under new management, short staffed or what......now they selling stale,bland ,no taste ,under portioned for the money food.....I will never eat nor order food from here again ....within 20 mins of eating this food both my girls are on the toilet .....praise God I was on the phone to them telling them how bad there food looked n smelled ...demarding my money bk....mean while the girls were tucking in to there lentils n rice coz there was 3 of the minuestest pieces of lamb in it ...and now...

Food is good and portions fine for the very reasonable prices but since they opened the restaurant again the take away delivery service is terrible waited 90 minutes last weekend and near 2 hours this weekend, shame we’ll have to order elsewhere now as can’t be waiting that long for the food to be delivered especially as we ordered nearly every...
