Dixy Chicken — Restaurant in London

Walked in. Looked like a shop from walking dead. Met by a dude sitting down with headphones on. Sorry to have disturbed you. Continued to serve me wearing his headphones. Maybe they were ear warmers. Practical. Got a fully loaded box. Watched him put a bun from bag to box didn't bother warming it up. Why would you eh.. Shy on the mayo then commited a crime of putting to much lettuce in. Had to remove some lettuce put it back in the open box sitting on the counter because hey lettuce wouldn't be fresh kept in a fridge. Then lucky for me chips were ready..oh they weren't he just decided to re deep fry the chips because once is not enough. Asked for beans however when I got home they were stone cold. Now lettuce not in the bridge makes sense. Didn't bother putting them in the microwave. Asked for a side breast because the wings looked like vintage pieces..Al 5 of them on show. Got home food tasted awful and old. Feel out of pocket. Just coming to terms of being served by a kid in trackies and a shirt sporting headphones. Class. Clean. professional. Owner must be laughing. If you make one choice today please avoid this place. Walk back to your car and grab a pot noodle and be gratefull of what life has given

I decided to take a 20 minutes drive to order a family takeaway on a Sunday at my nearest Dixy branch. I placed a order for just under £15.00 and staff,told me it will 20 minutes to prepare, I was happy to wait while it was quiet at the Dixy branch to perpare my pizza and chicken order. My observations goes to the staff while waiting not concentrated on the job just talking not related to work issues. When the order was conpleted,I left and drove all the way home for 20 mins and found there was a Chicken fillet burger missing from the order, I rang the branch and was told sorry for the mistake come back again and will will give you a chicken fillet burger, there was no way, I was going to drive back again second time round, I told them please deliver me my missing chicken fillet burger due to your mistake they took my post code than dedided to say no, we have no driver available at this stage, I was really angry and hungry with the lies and said thank you for wasting my time and weekend and can I have the name of the person who took my order and they wouldn't give it, l said fine,I will visit the branch tommorow and sure to put in a customer complaint to the branch and to the...

Ordered 3 of the spicy chicken burgers through just eat. The food showed up late, barley warm and with cheese on it and not the spicy ones either. The only options are for salad and sauce which we said we didnt want so opted no. We called the shop to fix the problem which he lied and said they are all out of cheese so it’s not on it yet it is. He then claimed it all comes with cheese regardless which we said isn’t true as this isn’t how it’s come in the past two times when we have ordered from here and after being rude to my partner though all of this I made a point that I wouldn’t order it with cheese as it makes me really sick to the point even the smell of cheese makes me gag. He then made a comment rudely and a bit intimidatingly to come if it’s a problem and they will do it again. Which means he won’t send us the correct order through the delivery we paid for. Won’t be back again and hopefully there is a change in staff as he didn’t know how to talk to a customer or deal with problems.
