Domino's Pizza - London - Barking — Restaurant in London

Ordered 8.30pm, chased and was told that delivery had been attempted, not true as two teenagers and wife and two dogs starving for their food and waiting eagerly by the door, finally received gone 11pm. Driver bullied my 16 year old nephew who answered door while my wife stayed behind door as had already given up and was in nightclothes and ready for bed. Driver then tried to claim that nephew had not paid! Wife had to then reveal herself to confront driver who backed down immediately. Disgusted with this franchise's driver who was taking advantage and revenge on a young lad, shudder to think what would have happened if my wife had not been watching. We will be taking this futher with franchise area manager and owner/licence holder. Come home from hard day of work i ordered a pizza from the barking store online. I specified that it needs to be warm. Pizza arrived & it was cold, how bad could this service get. The manager needs to listen & understand the customers concerns. But instead just offered me a free pizza on my next purchase. So I said I don't want a free pizza I just wanted this pizza that i ordered warm. Manager just not taking on board my dissatisfaction.

Overall I'm not happy with my experience and believe this situation could have been handled in a better professional way.

I also ordered a sicilion cake in which order was accepted on the website but then received a call to say it's not available after making the payment online. I had no choice but to have something else which I did not want.

Very poor service! I made an order over 1hr 40 min and the order still did not arrive. I called dominions and they advised that the order will be with me soon. I later checked the app only to see my order was out for delivery but another 23 minutes before receiving my order. This is completely unacceptable and it shows a lack of transparency from Dominos. It would have taken me 7 minutes to pick up the pizza, but because I had my kids in the house I thought it would be easier to order. The website quoted 20-30min. I would have even paid less because of my NHS discount. Not only did I not receive my order on time but I paid more and did not get the service.
