I have been ordering home delivery from this franchise for last 2 years.
The staff needs to attend a proper English speaking Coaching Course. They also need to attend a basic primary customer service course
A number of times the trend of conversation is like below :-
You place an order and many times they don't get it right You have to call them to understand if they are on track or late for delivery. They deliver at least 30 mins after delivery deadline and never ever apologise. The pizza obviously is cold and you have lost the zest to eat. When you call them to inform about experience all they say is we were stuck in traffic or lost (When my house is at same place for last 2 years)! After few mins and discussion with manager, they offer you a free pizza next time. This next time never comes as you wont find the same person or manager in the shop when you want to redeem this offer. Guess what manager hasnt bothered to enter offer on their system. Obviously who would record your own mistakes! You are also asked to send mail to head office which is never read by any one (I know this as i have attached read receipts from my outlook!). i am very much on for people from all over the world to work. But these people need to know how to run a well known franchise from experts from other branches.
Overall, i would say do not bother to order from this branch again. But guess what there are some good people too who prepare and deliver on time some times.
Couple pf managers like Sally are one off and when they take an order its not messed up. Because of such people shop is running...

If you’re considering ordering from Domino’s Elm Park, DON’T. Save yourself the frustration, the disappointment, and the absolute joke they call “customer service.”
I placed an order over 90 minutes ago for my daughter, who has school tomorrow. The plan was for her to eat, relax, and get to bed at a reasonable hour. Instead, I got lie after lie, topped off with a cold, soggy excuse for a pizza.
At the 45-minute mark, I called to check on the order. The person on the phone confidently assured me that the driver was “5 minutes away.” That was completely false because another 45 minutes passed, and there was still no sign of the delivery. No call, no update, nothing.
I had to call them three more occasions before they finally decided to call me back. When they did, I shared my location. The driver finally arrived—with a cold, disgusting, inedible pizza. By that point, my daughter had lost her appetite completely. What’s the point of a pizza delivery if the food arrives too late to be eaten?
When I called to demand a replacement, all I got was a dismissive “Let the driver come.” No apology, no urgency, no attempt to fix the situation. I receive daily deliveries at this address and have NEVER had this kind of experience.
Domino’s Elm Park clearly doesn’t care about its customers, its service, or the quality of its food. If you’re looking for a meal, go anywhere else. This place is an absolute disgrace. Avoid it...
Read moreExtremely disappointed with the pizza I received today. However, I am even more upset by the fact that the staff felt it was appropriate to serve it in such a state. It’s clear they do not care about the quality of the pizzas they send out, demonstrating a blatant disregard for their customers.
The pizza was wet and mushy in the centre, to the point where parts of it were stuck to the box. I’m unsure what caused this, but while the outside of the pizza was cooked, the centre appeared undercooked or improperly handled. This issue was so obvious that the staff could not have missed it when they were cutting the pizza.
To make matters worse, the staff member cutting the pizza did not serve it to me immediately but instead went to speak with a colleague before handing it over. At the time, I didn’t think much of it, but upon reflection, it seems highly likely they were aware the pizza was not in a suitable condition to be served and yet decided to serve it anyway. This is absolutely appalling! While the poor quality of the pizza was disappointing, this conduct has left me feeling angry.
I will now be using the Domino’s in Upminster for future orders. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues, as no customer should have to go through a...
