Domino's Pizza - London - Enfield — Restaurant in London

I ordered a large tandoori hot pizza with extra cheese and extra chicken topping's. I received the food with no extra toppings. Coz I ordered from them before with no extra toppings and I received the same pizza like before even after I ordered with extra toppings now. I was very disappointed.

And when I called the store, a guy picked the call and I explained about what I received, then he handed over the call to the manager, then I explained everything all over again. The manager was very rude to me and was arguing with me that he put extra, In the end both the employees have no courtesy to apologise, as the customer was calling and complaining about the quality. Finally, he offered me to send a new one. He also asked me not to eat the pizza delivered before and to return it to the driver. At last, I received the pizza. But Very poor customer service.

Im upset to say the least I will NEVER order from here again it’s the first time iv left my home in 5 days because my son has been unwell and to be spoken to the way I did by the manager was a disgrace. I asked what would be the best deal to get with 2 pizzas and he told me not to talk to his staff because they are very busy. I asked could I have a pen because I needed to order online and give my bank details as I didn’t have my card with me and he said no we don’t have pens here when there was one tucked in his Domino’s pizza hat. I asked if I could use it he said NO. They have 4 mopeds outside with the drivers chatting and smoking cigs so they can’t be that busy. I will eat from Pizza Hut from now on. And the pizza was filth £30 wasted! I feel sorry for his colleges who wants to go to work with unkind people it’s stressful...
