I ordered from here today and i failed to answer the call when the delivery was here as i was in the bathroom. I called back right away and apologised but the guy shouted back at me saying "you made be wait....don't order from dominos next time" and he cut the call saying "i'm going....now speak with the manager as you are already on the line". I knew i was at fault too for not picking up the call and making him wait for 5 minutes but still i don't think he has the right to shout at me like that. He could have just said it without being aggressive. He spoke harshly and didn't listen to me at all. I spoke with the manager and some staffs and explained the situation....they were so good and apologised on his behalf and prepared a fresh order again. I got a call from the rude guy again and the first thing he said was "where are you....i'm waiting ....so you are not coming" before i could tell him anything he cut off again. He called again and said rudly "what type of costumer are you....you not coming" and the call ended. So i called the store and said what was the guy trying to do because he was the one to said at first that he's leaving and what is he trying to do now.....i told them that if he calls again and shout at me i'll call the police because that wasn't an acceptable behaviour. My order came and the store manager came all the way to apologise which made me felt kinda bad. Thank you Dominos.....but i hope that guy learns to speak politely from next time and i don't want him to loose his job for...
   Read moreUPDATE: They lied about the refund. ~ Not sure what has happened to this place. Never had an issue before, delivery was fast, correct and service was good. Not this time. Firstly, delivery took twice the time it usually takes. Then, food was cold. Then we realise they brought us the wrong item. We called to explain the situation, but the man on the phone was so terribly rude. Even though they were the ones to make a mistake he treated us as if we didn't make sense, when in actuality he simply wasn't paying attention to what we were saying. He also told us we had to wait for the delivery driver to come pick up the wrong order, and after waiting for 40 minutes, we called back only to be told by the manager that we would get a refund for that item and didn't have to wait. Mind you it was well past midnight and we had to wake up early in the morning. So, not only did we have to eat cold food and tolerate rude telephone manner, we also had to stay up late for nothing! Will not order...

Ordered large pizza and asked if I could take it folded or sliced to fit in a smaller box so I could fit it in the compartment of my motorbike to take away and the manager (Adrianne) refuses as it means sheâll âhave to touch the pizza with her handsâ Well clearly, half my brain cells already knew such a request would need a pair of hands and said âthatâs ok, I donât mind.. youâve just prepared it with your hands anywayâ. Still, this task was clearly impossible for her so still refuses whilst her coworker is beside her sprinkling cheese on another pizza with her gloved hands. She starts to ignore me while I emphasise I canât get the pizza Iâve bought home and says ânot my problemâ. I ask for my money back and she throws the cash at me.
