Domino's Pizza - London - Worcester Park — Restaurant in London

If I could give a 0 stars i honestly would since this is the worse Domino’s I have ever been to. Better off going to Papa John just slightly up the hill. The managers there seem to be on a massive power trip with the way they handle customers. I was shouted at and belittled when I brought up the issue. The manager lied and falsely put through a refund then kept shouting at me to shut up when I asked for them to actually do it correctly. Had to go through head office and escalate it to an overseas superiorrs to deal with the issue just to get the refund. Never going back there again after...

I don’t ever leave a review anywhere but this time unfortunately I have no choice.

Last night 27/1/24, I ordered a Texas bbq pizza. Food delivery was pretty swift. Pizza tasted ok. However, after waking up this morning, I have terrible stomach issues and have food poisoning. I will spare the details for you lot aha but you get the picture.

Maybe it was a bad day, as Saturday night takeaways are always hectic, but I’m left extremely disappointed as I love pizza, won’t be...

Disgraceful service. I collected my pizza, which was clearly not kept under the heaters it was wrong and stone cold. When I complained, Faysel (the so-called manager) was rude and refused to replace it. They even took the incorrect pizza back, leaving me with no food at all, despite paying. I was told they wouldn’t remake it because “why should they be out of pocket.”

So I ended up paying for nothing, treated with disrespect, and left hungry. Absolutely unacceptable...
