Ordered pizza online....20mins later I went to the mill hill branch to collect my pizza and it hadn't even got to the oven....it was still being made! The shop was dead....no excuse..I order online to collect for a reason as I can only get away from my desk for 15mins . About a month ago i also ordered online and tried to collect. I was told "its in the oven" when clearly it was sat under the hot light, but i took their word that it was in the oven....10mins later I'm still looking at the this order sat on the side, i had to point it out to them...mildly warm pizza that day. Customer service via email is a shocking, on this occasion they said they would get back to me about it within 5 days, on the 7th day I had to get back on to them for a reason why talking or thinking about what action to take for over the given time is simply pathetic, I'd like to say the pizza is bad or horrible but I actually cant which is the worst bit...I will now be looking at alternative things for lunch. so in the long run its probably done...

We are in London we have to speak English at least to communicate with each other , I went there with my sister , we order a large Pepsi and they didn’t have glasses to share the Pepsi , I wanted to change the large bottle with a small one they didn’t want to do it , in the end and after speaking to them a lot of times they agreed to change my large one for a small one saying is the same price . And the best is when finally I get my pizza was a hair inside as u can see the hair was half inside the cheese and the other half out . I take the pizza to the front desk and ask from them to give me a refund and to leave , they said “just if u want I make you a new one , no refund” tell me how I can eat after this disgusting experience? You think someone finding hair in him food want to eat again the same think in the same place ? No is the answer. And really at least make sure the people working speak English , I am not from uk but at least I can...
Read moreSo they messed up my order me and my friends, i wouldve let it slide if the way we were spoken to wasnt so bad. They forgot our bottle of coca cola, the driver said to us call up and they’ll send it. 20 minutes later we called again. We called up speaking to someone who completely refused to send us our drink. They said to us after its not our problem when it clearly is. We paid for it and we didnt receive it thats not fair. We got through to a manager who was saying sorry we have no available drivers at all but next times order we’ll do it for free. I said after it says youre open till 11 so how can you have no drivers? Immediately after saying that he said okay we’ll send it out now. They were trying as hard as they could to not have to send it.
