TERRIBLE ! Ordered last minute from Deliveroo as hubby wanted something that would arrive quickly so he could take it to work and I gave in and said okay cheeky Friday treat. I wouldn’t eat from here again not even if I was starving Food was extremely terrible!!! And their service is also horrible! I called to say no egg and it’s like my request wasn’t important enough so they put me on hold and when I was saying no egg and add chill oil the guy on the phone passed me to someone else. After I specifically asked for no egg in my king prawn fried rice and I still received egg inside which is ridiculous. Imagine if I was allergic? I couldn’t be bothered to call back so I just took them out. I’d never order from here again not even if I’m starving. Food did not taste anything like authentic Chinese

PLEASE AVOID! Ordered £35 worth of food so disappointing. Char siu buns were falling apart, never seen anything like it. They were so dry with literally no sauce inside I couldn't finish one! Spring rolls - totally dry, prawn dumplings - not fresh and the Singapore noodle were not good at all. The quality of the food is shocking! Tastes like everything had been heated up rather than made fresh. Nothing on my order was fresh. Will not be ordering from this place again. Total waste of money, disgusting, dry food!

Overall the food is full of flavour and cooked well.. I was a little sceptical after seeing the reviews but thought sod it I’ll give it a go.. will agree that the Singapore noodles aren’t the best not sure what seasoning they’ve used.. but the rest is lovely.. my one complaint would be the ribs, they taste amazing! But where are the ribs?? We’ve just got the top gristle bit?! Hardly no meat.. and they was £7.99!

Thought I would add this to combat the negative reviews. I feel like some people only leave reviews when it's bad which isn't fair. Consistently excellent food on my delivery each week, with freebies too. I've lived in London for 22 years in various different boroughs (life of a renter lol) And this is by far the best one. When I call up the guy remembers my order instantly which is really helpful not having to go through all the boring admin of ordering it all again and wondering if they'll put the mushrooms in when I hate them.

I'm a vegetarian and often asked for weird things like chicken and sweet corn soup with no chicken (yeah that kind of gal) and they get it right each time.

Soups tend to be thin and watered down when you order them from a takeaway. They are lovely and thick here.

Totally recommended as a takeaway and I'm pretty sure as a dining experience too although I've never tried that.

Thank you...

I have been getting takeaways (probably too many) from this place for years and must admit that don’t quite understand the bad reviews. In all honesty, it’s probably one of the nicest honestly-priced local takeaways around Putney. I don’t think I’ve ever had anything memorably bad from them, ever.

The chicken balls are lovely. Salt and pepper chicken and ribs are both delicious. Shredded chilli beef is some of the nicest I’ve had. I personally also really like their chicken cashew. Kung Pao chicken is also a favourite. I could go on but most things are generally really good.

They might have missed one or two things over the years, but they’ve always been great at sorting it out if you give them a ring.

If you’re ordering from here and expecting A. Wong or Park Chinois to arrive under a cloche, then that’s a little unfair. It’s a great little local Chinese takeaway; if that’s what you’re after then you’ll likely...

I've used this restaurant many times for delivery. Normally I get good service - good (not brilliant) food - but quick delivery.. Tonight they advertised 20 min delivery time... but its now 90 minutes. I spoke to them - and frankly I just got a really rude man who didn't feel any need to apologise ... just to "explain" to me how hard his job is. I think basic courtesy shouldn't cost anything - and a decent place would take 30 secs to text customers to inform of a delay (if substantial). I know I wont get a refund ... i know that ... but the food is getting rejected whatever - frankly they can chuck it in the gutter. Hopefully you'll read this review and it might put you off. By the way in the SW14 area Fortune Cat is excellent value and Good Earth Express is expensive but the food is exquisite. (I am not...
