Very Sushi London — Restaurant in London

Extremely rude management. After waiting an hour and half for food to be delivered I called the restaurant to check on status only to be shouted at and told not to order from them in the future if I was unhappy with the service. Luckily JustEat refunded me but even they said that the restaurant owner was rude to them when they called to see what had happened. Initially the woman I spoke to at the restaurant said that there had been a mistake made and then she said that it was the deliver driver's fault. Minutes after she hung up on me, the driver called to say he was nearby with my food. He then got a call from the restaurant telling him to return back and not to deliver the food I had ordered. Driver was apologetic over the phone and sounded embarrassed at the rudeness of the management. I wish I could give 0 star. We ordered "Very Sushi Set" and "Roll Set." Food was beyond horrible. The rolls were mainly cucumber and avocado, with a few salmon and avocado. The state of food was extremely bad. Everything had more rice than fish/avocado. And everything just fell off as soon as you pick them up. Everything was smashed so badly that you can't even distinguish what they are - only the colours tell you what they could be. I have never been so mad about food. I will never ever order from this restaurant again. I can confidently say that I make better food than them. Shame on them for operating this restaurant (cannot even call this place a restaurant). The food made me super angry that I almost broke few glassware. I wish others not to have the same...

Ordered a take-away from here for the first time... the delivery guy was very nice and friendly and delivery was very prompt so thank you team for that!

The problem is... the food was aweful... which is really sad :( The Salmon smelt off and looked off too. I did try some and it tasted vile so we didn't touch more of that. The avocado sushi tasted frozen, as did everything else. It was really poor quality and made us actually quite ill from eating very little of it...
