Subway — Restaurant in London

I If I could give zero stars, I would, went in with my mum ordered two subs one with fish one was meat, I have a strong reaction to tuna, and the lady behind the counter made my mum‘s tuna first she picked up the cheese squished it down on my mum‘s tuna sandwich and then went on to make my sandwich, with the same gloves she used for the tuna sub.

I had to stop her and tell her how bad what she was doing was and told her to change her gloves. and to get a new bread. She was very angry with me and continued to make the sandwich after I informed her why it was so bad. She then put a ridiculous amount of barbecue sauce on my sandwich, folded it up and slam the sandwich on the counter it was only the Sheer fact I was in the store and it was being made that I saw this as I ordered on the app. But this is terrible especially if you had a severe...

I came in at 22:20 asking for one sandwich only and takeaway , the staff refused to serve me claiming his manager instructed to stop taking orders at 22:15 despite it says on google they close at 23:00 and he was accepting online orders, I don’t have any issues with theier choice of closing but at least you need to be accurate and state this note on google maps , thank you for refusing to serve me 45 mins before closing time And for your apologies ,Its not acceptable because the staff called you and you confirmed you have closed already and I should leave the store , please show some...

Joining the recent 5-star reviews here, it definitely feels like this store has had a real turnaround. A lot of people are mentioning Shan, and it’s easy to see why. He’s very attentive and genuinely helpful. He was actually on his meal break when I visited, but he still insisted on getting up to serve me, which really says a lot.

The place was sparkling clean, and even when I had a quick look into the kitchen, it looked spotless. The portion sizes were great, the salad was fresh and there was plenty of it. Honestly, this was the best Subway experience I’ve had in years.
