Was invited to come by a roommate and his sister to hang out with them and their freinds, as I do not drink I asked the female middle aged bartender do not know if she was owner or co-owner.

She responded with “You cannot come here and ask for tap water with-ought buying a drink”. Which under Licensing Act 2003 they legally need to which I be reporting them for.

Even after my roommates sister went up to her explaining that I was invited and I do not drink she still said no.

Absolute joke of an establishment, went to use the bathroom as I was about to have an accident and next thing I know I hear the landlady shouting outside at my best friend. I get it we should have asked but you got into her face, if I didn’t go straight there when I did, I’d have had a proper accident. “Don’t rush back.” NO. We won’t! I regularly visit for the Karaoke and other Live events. Sadie the DJ is great fun and works hard to encourage people to try singing. I've never known an atmosphere that is so positive- Sadie has six mic's and regulars will offer new visitors to join in singing a song. We were therefore welcomed to join in the first time we went and made welcome by the local crowd ever time since.
