Fabs Peri Peri Chicken & Pizza — Restaurant in London

I placed my order via Just Eat. When the food arrived the driver did not have change (i chose to pay cash). I called the restaurant about this and they asked me if i would be willing to accept change "next time" which is just absurd. When you send a driver to deliver a cash order you should be ensuring he has adequate change. Then i took a bite into my chicken burger and it was still pink inside. Again i called the restaurant and asked if they would please send the driver back with my change and another burger. I advised this burger could be returned so that they could see for themselves that it was not cooked. The person on the phone proceeded to shout at me telling me they have never had complaints about their burgers before and that i was wrong. Rather than accept that sometimes humans make mistakes, the person on the phone was RUDE and disrespectful. I ended the call to avoid being rude myself and called back after calming down and asked to speak to a manager. I was told a manager was not coming to the phone and that if i had a problem i should call Just Eat. I have no idea how you can justify treating paying customers in this horrific way. I just wanted a replacement- not a refund. I will NEVER order from this place again and suggest people are careful if/when doing so in the future. Terrible food, terrible...

As I am writing this I am in physical pain. The food is so bad that It all came strait back up within seconds. I ordered a Half Chicken, Peri Peri Rice, Chicken breast and pita and a burger with two portion of chips, We also got some apple pies that the devil himself wouldn't even want them.

The burger was okay. The chips tastes horrible, The oil tasted really old. The peri peri rice gave me chocolate rain. The chicken was all horrible with weird bits in it.

The apple pies were fried in the same oil as that of the Chips and Chicken, APPLE SHOULD NOT TASTE LIKE 5 WEEK OLD ROTTEN CHICKEN!!!! This place is so bad that IGN wouldn't even give it a good review.

This meal was so bad that i have been left heaving and throwing up for the next few hours after this meal. As of yet I have thrown up a total of 4 times...

I’ve had cold chips in the past, but the food overall is 3 to 4 stars.

However, on my last visit I asked from chicken strips and chips. They asked me if I wanted a meal, I said no, just chips. He charged me for just strips as he misheard.

Upon finding out it wasn’t part of the original order I asked to add chips and was willing to pay the difference as I had not been charged for them. He wanted to charge me for a stand alone portion of chips (£1.50 when the original difference was £1). I disputed this and asked why. He blamed me, became aggressive and started telling me how oil is more expensive. Not sure why I’m being charged 50p extra for their mistake, and also being talked down to like I’m a 4 year old child. Shocking customer service which is why I’m giving 1 star.

I will not be returning ever again and I will not recommend to anyone either. Rude staff and it’s not...
