Family Cafe — Restaurant in London

Today I was there and encounter a very bad customer service experience. This is a family run business. The mother the son(chef) and I assumed the father who was at the back in the kitchen area. Earlier on I had already bought a coffee and 2 muffins all good so far. But I came back an hour later with my daughter to have some food. While I was there at the counter waiting I watch an episode with some Muslim customers. Their order came with bacon and they rejected the order. The lady took the food back in the kitchen and told the chef, who then just sent it out again. The customer again complained because the food was already smeared with bacon. finally the brought him the right food. Then the chef came to serve me with a very bad attitude, complaining to me why I was there again that he has seen me three times there. I was gobsmacked. This used to be a lovely cafe about 4 months ago in April however ever since it was sold and is ran by new owners it’s honestly changed so much. The original owners were a very sweet and friendly family but the new staff are rude and have ruined the comforting atmosphere created by the prior owners. This place makes costumers feel anything but welcome. It’s a shame since I could no longer count on this cafe to provide the stellar service and good quality food...
