Will never go back to this restaurant after shocking treatment by a member of staff.

My baby was asleep and we asked the music to be turned down a little and this was refused

My starter had a hair on the plate and when I called the waiter, he took the plate away and gave a clean plate but there was no apology or fresh food or an assurance that I would not pay for the starter

Fruit fly landed on the bread

When we called the waiter, I raised the issue of the hair as well as the fly. The waiter was completely blasé about both issues saying 'There was a hair, a fly, what can I do?' I got an insincere apology as I said I at least expected that and then when I continued to question him, he said maybe the hair was mine! (It wasn't.) By then I got ready to leave as I was so shocked and he then accused me of having this plan all along ie. to not have to pay the bill. I asked to speak to the owner and the waiter then had a tantrum telling me not to talk to him anymore.

Awful and petulant behaviour by this member of staff and I will never return there. Don't go if you don't want to be abused...

We as a family are a regular at this Resturant. I also went with a group of over 15 work colleagues. I made an order today and was shocked at the quality of the food and how undercook the meat was, it tasted like lumps of fat and the colour was very off. Although the standard is not acceptable, this was something I thought would be overcome but shockingly, we called the Resturant straight after to complain and instead of getting an apology or for someone to even speak politely on the phone, the person on the phone made excuses saying that as the meat was the first part to be cut, that’s what it is the way it is. Confused. The man over the phone sounded very angry and was arguing as if to say ‘don’t complain’. No apology was given nor was the decency to send out a new properly cooked meal. Shocking service. It’s a shame as I always recommended this Resturant but after today’s poor quality food and rudeness we received from staff, I will never come back. Steer clear from this place. Shocking customer service...

It’s just round the corner for me, food is usually decent but last night it was diabolical. They are obviously very busy because people are coming in to take advantage for ‘eat out to help out’ scheme. It appears this restaurant is also trying to cash in. Not following any COVID-19 guidelines, table are all crammed in. I got a table straight away, food took a while but no complaints as they were busy. I ordered a sharing platter for two, which I ordered on my previous visit here. Portions size gone down by at least 25%, dry chewy lambs and burnt adanas, no ribs as well, when queried I was told they run out and gave me two extra chicken wings instead. No apologies offered.

As I was leaving the restaurant after paying the bill, I see few skewers of ribs on the grill cooking away. Really disappointed and shockingly behaviour from the management. Would give you one star but based on my previous visits 3 star is fair. Would I return again, probably but, not in a hurry after my...
