Fat Cat Dessert House — Restaurant in London

I stopped by Fat Cat Dessert House in Harlesden recently, and it definitely lives up to its name if you’re after indulgent sweets.

The menu is huge – from waffles and crepes to cookie dough, milkcakes, and old-school sprinkle cakes. I went for the pistachio cookie dough (a must-try) and an old school cake with custard. The cookie dough was rich, gooey, and perfectly paired with ice cream, while the school cake gave me pure childhood nostalgia.

Service was friendly and quick, and everything came well-presented. Prices are about what you’d expect for a dessert spot in London, and the portions felt generous enough for sharing.

On the downside, I can see why some people mention delivery issues – I’d probably recommend dining in or collecting rather than relying on Uber Eats/Deliveroo if you want your order perfect.

Overall, Fat Cat Dessert House is a solid choice if you’re in Harlesden and craving something sweet. It’s not “fine dining” – it’s fun, colourful, and unapologetically indulgent. I’ll definitely be back for another slice of that...

Me & my family recently visited the new dessert shop in Harlesden on Park Parade and it’s a fantastic addition to the area! The staff and owner are incredibly welcoming, and the shop is spotless. They offer a great variety of desserts, and we appreciated getting to try the different ice cream flavors before choosing.
