Favorable — Restaurant in London

One of our meals came with undercooked chicken that was still raw in the middle. When I contacted the shop the first person said they couldn’t hear me or understand me & I was then passed over to someone else who also needed me to repeat that the chicken was pink & undercooked about 7 times. I was then told their manager wasn’t there & that they’ll phone me once he was back to sort out the issue with our meal, to not much of a surprise we got no call back. So there was one meal that was completely inedible due to it not being cooked properly & the other meal was completely dry & tough. Never really have many issues with this place, none worth calling up & complaining over. But when I pay for a meal that is so undercooked it’s still raw in the middle I expect to get compensated. This shop is 1.1 miles from my house. I ordered via Just Eat at 19.45 with a delivery time of 21.05 (not the 45 to 60 indicated on JE). It arrived at 21.30 with no apology -after all they have money.

I had a doner wrap, which I always choose for delivery from kebab places as the bread keeps the heat in and they're foil wrapped. This was foil wrapped and nearly cold. The meat had obviously been reheated and kept warm as it was tough and hard edged. So how a special-cooked meat took over an hour and half to travel just over a mile -I am not sure. The food temperature would indicate that I was last on the delivery schedule-somebody has to be I know but the quality of the food along with the service won't get my custom back. Please avoid this restaurant! I and family members experienced food poisoning! I spent over £20 on rubbish, dried and cold food. Very small portion sizes!

The BBQ chicken wings were skinny, dried up like the Sahara desert, and not fresh at all. Seemed to be reheated for several days.

Chicken shish kebab and lamb doner kebab were very small and very dried. Salad were hardly any, and very dried up.

Chips were soggy and broken pieces.

Within one hour after consuming the foods I and a few family members experienced food poisoning such as severe tummy aches, diarrhoea and nausea.
