Favorite Chicken & Ribs Rosehill — Restaurant in London

It's been awhile since I last experience something as bad like i did today. I stopped at this shop for my lunch about an hour ago (05/09/24) and I got myself the offer (chicken burger and chips) for £4.99. To start with it was a kid meal without drink but that fine (everyone is on hustle pilot at the moment). What made me seriously angry was the burger - it was bad; I perceived some smell while I was at the shop which I suspect was coming from the burger, and I put my nose to it a few times but I ignored it (besides, there were other customers wondering why I would do that). Getting to the office 10mins later, I took a bite of the burger, guess what? I was right, it was really cold, taste funny and the aroma was nothing to write home about - because I didnt want my money to go to waste, I swallow the bite with ginger tea, enjoy the chips and throw the rest in the bin. I have just been in this shop and Mr Raaj was dealing with me. He was so rude. His customer service so baad. Simply, I tried to ask for dips and he spoken very rudely. When I asked him why are you speaking in this why he bluntly said this is not my shop and you go.I asked can i speak to your manager, he said don’t know who is manager, can’t deal you and this is not my shop and he spoken so much other rude words.

Whoever, the manager is, I would like you to say you have lost a customer. I am paying and then taking the food. I’m not bagger that your employees deal the customers in this why. I'm appalled by the service. I placed an online order, worth 30 pounds, and got 1 burger and a drink, because the order got mixed up somewhere. When contacting the restaurant I was literally told by whoever was working on Monday 28th September, that he doesnt care about any of it, neither about the mix up nor his customer, and it's not his problem.
