The workers here are very rude and unprofessional. I was standing in the queue and a disabled lady was in front and tried to pay for her food by card, the staff said she can only use cash and to go down the street to the cash point. The lady left, when she returned she stood at the back of the queue and saw that the staff were accepting card payments all of a sudden, when she questioned them the staff member said 'I told you to get cash because we we're too busy to accept card at the time". They were "too busy" so they asked a disabled lady wearing crutches to go around the block and take out cash. As you can imagine everyone in the queue started kicking off (and rightly so) but the staff members remained unbothered and told the lady to go somewhere else if she doesn't like it. They were rude and I believe discrimated against the disabled lady as they felt she was an easy target. All guests should be treated equally and if the card machine doesn't work for one, it shouldn't work for anyone. Also just to add, how is a contactless card payment any slower than opening the cash point and giving out change? The machine was working just fine.
I hope the staff here get sent on customer service and equality and inclusion...
Read moreWow can’t believe it’s led to me having to come here and write a review but here we are… KFC- Rosehill from being one of my favourite places to come for food has now become/becoming the worst kfc branch in the county no exaggeration! The service is astonishingly slow, dragging their feet across the floor,half arsed not showing any sign of professionalism and this is just unacceptable for a ‘Fast-Food’ restaurant.Especially for a billion dollar company like KFC who set a example in this industry. Getting a order mixed up and missing a chips isn’t something i moan about it this stuff happens,But the consistency of them always mixing up or not giving the correct orders is just beyond ridiculous.Not only me but every-time I have been there in the last year there was always a order wrong or people at the till complaining the standard of food aswell is agitating too .The list goes on but something has to be done at this branch a change of management is desperately needed so a team that is professional can be put together to work here. Read moreI ordered 20 chicken wings a few minutes ago. I waited for 5 minutes, and then asked when the order would come. They told me to wait for 7 more minutes. After 7 minutes, I saw one of the staff members taking out the chicken wings from the frier, place the 20 in a box, and went back to doing their own thing. At the same time, another staff member took out chips from the chips frier, which were all burnt as well.
Another 5 minutes later, I asked where the chicken wings were and told them that I was waiting for over 10 minutes. A lady then told me to wait and gave me the box of wings they place on the counter five minutes prior.
I told her that the management is poor and that at a school time, a popular chicken shop not having any chicken or wings is disappointing. I then told her that I own a chicken shop as well and she told me that I should have went to my shop instead, which is very rude.
Another customer in front of me waited for over 20 minutes as well.
None of the staff members looked happy at all. They looked very lost.
