Two Napkin Burger (TNB) — Restaurant in London

I've been to many burger places. I do think this is the best burger place in South London. Their burgers are incredibly good every single time I have it. Why? The burgers are full of flavour. Their TNB special sauce is on point. The burger is juicy everytime. Never dry! The have the right combination of everything in the burger perfectly put together. Their portions of chips, sweet potato fries and curly fries are good, tasty and have a nice level of crunch.. genuinely really good. Their cheese sauce is nice but they usually pour it all over the chips so when it's delivered the chips become soggy and not nice. So unless you are eating Inside the restaurant I would recommend asking for the cheese sauce in a seperate pot to avoid soggy chips. This is then perfect combo for me if I'm taking away or getting delivered. Their prices are so cheap for the food they offer. They even do NHS discount if you go there in person! Two Napkin Burger do their own delivery… and it’s bloody awful. Check other reviews.

This is what has let them down the most. Multiple times I’ve ordered from Two Napkin and have been told “the food is on its way” last night this happened for the third time. We get delivery as we have mobility issues and only live about a 4 minute drive from the establishment.

Last night the food took 1.5 hours, despite delivery time quoting 15-35 mins. Here’s the kicker….

I called up near to the end of the quoted time and was told “the driver left 20 minutes ago”. Strange seeming as we live only 4 minutes away.

I then called up another 30 mins later, so we’re going on for 1hr + right now, upon the second call I’m told, “he’s left 10 minutes ago”. Something doesn’t add up here.

Eventually, 1.5 hrs after ordering the food turns up stone cold (despite us living 4 minutes away) and they even got the ingredients and the order wrong.

I was giving them some slack, unless they outsource delivery to the companies I won’t be eating...

Pass through this place few times and wanted to give it a go , so finally decided to try it but man I was very disappointed, first I mean the person taking order was very nice and I clearly gave my orders and we sat down to eat , table was not wiped before and empty ketchup up bottles were on the table and when food got ready instead of it brought to table I had to go pick up from counter which I don't mind but napkins and cutlery should have at least been brought to us. I did ask the gentleman for spicy fries but he just gave us plain chips which were also cold. No salt to put on them. Just two sauce packets were given. Food was not bad but it was not worth the price we were charged plus there was constant beeping in the restaurant that ruined...
