Firebean Mexican Kitchen — Restaurant in London

DON’T WAIT FOR IT TO HAPPEN TO YOU! I was a loyal customer for years of this establishment and recently started seeing some negative reviews but ignored it. Then it happened to me. I ordered something online through their own website and the food never arrived. I called on the day and they said it was on the way, it had already left but never arrived. The next day I called looking for a refund and they said the driver tried to call me more than 40 times and so because it was my fault they couldn’t refund me. So I asked for proof of that, a screenshot of the drivers phone with all the missed calls. Of course they didn’t have it so then I called again and they said they would refund me but had to wait for their “boss”. I kept calling for TWO WEEKS! I had to chase them for everything until I finally contacted the company that does their financial management and they were polite and responsive enough and refunded me.

Before I recommended this place to everyone but now I say STAY AWAY! Staff are not trained in customer service and their “boss” clearly doesn’t care about service. So hopefully this place won’t last much longer because paying customers don’t deserve...

I ordered via their website as I was craving churros and thought why not order burritos too!

My opinion is based on my food received via delivery, I did not eat in store.

Burritos were OK. I was expecting to be wowed but I was not.

I didn't like the lamb chill burrito at all. Avoid the mango chicken wings at all costs.

The portion size was good and the sweet potato fries were nice.

The churros didn't taste like authentic ones. I ordered chocolate and caramel filled churros. They were tiny and tasted more like mini apple pies, it was odd lool.

The nachos to share arrived soggy, and were unedible. It was really realy bad.

Don't order nachos for home delivery.

My brothers liked the burritos the day after (chicken and beef). They enjoyed the original churros with caramel dip. I may repurchase...

Firebean have kept the menu simple and the options traditionally typical. Without innovating much, they have a good concept and a solid delivery service.

The beef and lamb are HMC-sourced, and the chicken HFA.

With a 5-star hygiene rating, the place is essentially astrictly fast food restaurant. and if you stick to our menu recommendation you can't go wrong.

Although there's no toilets available, takeaway is available, along with delivery via three leading companies.

A lunch menu is on offer between 11am-3pm every Tue-Thur for just £5.99.
