if the owner of frankies cafe is reading, then please tell your waitresses to SMILE and work like they want to work. their attitude is very bad. they lack empathy and positively. I want your business to do well. and I will remove this review if in my next visit I see massive improvement from your waitresses.

To start, the staff seemed uninterested in even basic customer satisfaction. I had a simple request to modify my order slightly, and it was met with outright refusal—not because it wasn’t possible, but because they didn’t want to be bothered. When I tried to explain my dietary restrictions, they brushed it off with a dismissive tone. It was clear that they were not willing to go the extra mile, or even an inch, to accommodate their patrons.
The negligence didn’t stop there. The table I was seated at was sticky and hadn’t been wiped down properly. When I pointed this out, the staff member rolled their eyes and said, “It’s just busy today,” instead of addressing the issue. Busy or not, basic cleanliness should never be compromised.
To make matters worse, the order took an excessively long time to arrive, and when it did, it was incorrect. When I politely mentioned this to the server, they acted as though it was my fault for “not ordering clearly,” rather than apologizing or fixing the mistake.
Overall, the experience left me feeling completely disregarded as a customer. It’s one thing to have an off day, but the lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and unwillingness to listen made it clear that this cafe doesn’t prioritize its patrons. Do not recommend Go McDonald's or kfc or anywhere else, it's cheaper, better and fresher than the overpriced food here This is for what I paid £11, £41 TOTAL, a burger made 11 days ago, a bun baked 11 weeks ago. A burger is just a burger not nuclear science, no souce, salad from 3 days ago, burger from 2 days, bun from 2 days at least. Didn't wanna argue as I am not that type of guy, and i tasted a few bites as hungry,even wanted to save it with some toasties, toast that I paid for, no chance still disgusting. They didnt wanna clear the table because they saw all the things that I didn't eat.l, and when finaly came and said what I said, my advice was for the owner as the staff doesn't care, as probably they shouldn't, but there again £41. Going here for around 4 years, just because you don't have any other option Saturday morning than McDonald's, never again back I I recommend leave this thief place empty maybe then will appreciate people, customers.
