FRISCO’S (Canning Town) — Restaurant in London

Ordered 12 Inch Pizza, confirmed my 4 toppings twice, come 20 minutes has my toppings wrong on the Pizza, the man and lady starts arguing with eachother how they got the toppings wrong, agreed to make me fresh one while the lady was annoyed with me why I refused Pizza for having wrong toppings. While I am waiting for another 15 minutes the lady is more concerned reassuring the man that she will eat the Pizza and it will not go to waste. Once it was finally ready she rudely placed Pizza on the counter ready! Finally started eating a few slices to start seeing pieces of hair on the slices, I felt sick and disgusted after 40 minutes and yet again another error, the hairs was within the dough coming through the cheese so was clearly cooked like this. Didn't get offered anything else for their mistake, placed Pizza on counter for them and showed the guy before giving up and walking out, the lady still..... annoyed at me while they have messed my order twice. With this attitude soon you will have no buisness at all. I am not getting the Pizza free from you, I paid you for clean food personalied with my choices...

Most relatable and honest review! I have visited Frisco's for the second time today, and the quality of their pizzas is quite good. Their menu is halal, and they offer a variety of burgers, wings, hot wings, and chips. The prices are quite affordable but on the downside the waiting time and costumer service hasn't been the best. The majority of the time, the younger staff members are on their headphones, and if you ask for anything, it takes ages to be done. Also, both times,I didn't see any hygiene rating displayed anywhere in the shop ( which they are required by law to disclose on a visible place). Bottom line, would I be back? Went in for some post night out food and asked if they could do me a combo of chicken. I asked for 1 piece of chicken and 3 strips and the guy tried to charge me £9.

As this was ludicrously expensive I then went for a meal off the menu and 4 times the guy pretended he didn’t understand the order to try and charge me more.

When he eventually let me order he didn’t provide one of the 6 strips I ordered.

Then he refused to add the sauce, salt or vinegar I wanted to the order.

All in all a disappointing and...
