As good as their food is the service is HORRENDOUS! No care in the world ... then it gets played off with a joke or for you to have empathy towards them.

One time I went in ... the person who should have taken my order was SLEEPING on the table till the owner came out and brushed it off like it was nothing..

Today's service has ticked me off so much... imagine ordinary pepper soup and jollof rice it TOOK 45 MINS. First their phone line was busy so no orders could be made on the phone.. when I got inside no one came out until 7 mins later.. then I made my order and was told 15 - 20 mins every time I asked about my order they would speak a different language, ignore me, tell me they are packing it now and still didn't come.

When I told the guy packing my food he SHRUGGED, I was shocked at the lack of care.

OK, OK, hear me out on this one. You will leave this place with a love /hate relationship. Lovely restaurant with staff on point. The food took 1 hour to arrive, as we were told it was being cooked from fresh. As compensation, we were offered fried meat, which, although it was tasty, came with clumps of fat that were not appealing at all. Upon arrival, the food was nice, fresh, and flavoursome. Intact is one of the nicest jollof rice I've had in a long time. They also removed the drinks from the bill for the long wait. Waiter super attentive. He knew I was hot, so he put on air conditioning. When he saw me wrap my shawl around my shoulders, he immediately turned it off. I would go...

Nice restaurant serving African dishes a la carte. Food is really tasty and the service is courteous. Because orders are prepared individually, they are served fresh and hot. But it also means you have to wait for some minutes which can extend depending on your order. So, it is advisable you place your order in advance leaving generous time for it to be ready. I took a group there but booked in advance. Members of the group all had good words to say about the food quality. Pricey though. 🤔 Despite the high traffic when we were there, the restroom was sparkling clean. Good music while you wait. I recommend and will...
