I attended today with my fnd and our daughters and the customer service was absolutely poor. When I received my order, the drink I ordered was not the correct one. I spoke with the cashier straight away and took the drink back and she said will change it. After awhile, came back and said I will need to purchase a new one as the receipt she printed wasnt what i had ordered. I explained again there was a discrepancie in my order and I was not happy to pay for another drink and just simply wanted it to be swapped as that is not what I had ordered. The lady went back and kept me waiting and after I approached her asking how long it will take,she responded I wasn't getting another one. By this time, I was annoyed, I spoke to the manager at the time and he was not willing to change the drink saying they have to follow the rules. I am very disserpointed with the poor service and even after I had explained what happened and I was unhappy, they did not care. I have been to this branch a few times from when it had opened and also bought in my fnds along as its my local and i like to support local businesses. Even after I said I wasn't happy and not going to come again after my experience from the response,the manager did not care. I left very annoyed and it ruined my experience and my fnd n daughters. I will not recommend this place further any more. I have never felt this upset as I came with my fnd and daughters and this experience ruined our evening.
