Today, around 2:30 PM, during my visit to your [Branch/City] branch, I encountered an incident that greatly disturbed me. I came to purchase the "Blueberry Custard Brioche," which I am completely addicted to, opting for a take-away. As I have emphasized before, halal food is crucial for me, and as always, I requested packaging with a clean fork. Unfortunately, this request was met with a negative attitude from your staff, a black woman with long hair.

The disrespectful and demeaning behavior of the employee greatly affected me. I believe such incidents not only harm customer relations but also tarnish the overall image of your establishment. I hope necessary measures will be taken to prevent the recurrence of such situations.
