Greggs — Restaurant in London

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this Greggs branch. I’ve always been a regular at this location, but after today’s experience, I will definitely think twice before returning. The staff member serving me (an elderly lady, of a thin stature) was unprofessional and unresponsive. I tried to place my order, but she failed to acknowledge me properly, making it very difficult to communicate. After completing my order, she also neglected to give me an additional pastry I had ordered. Unfortunately, by the time I realized the mistake, I had already left the store. The lack of communication and poor service were completely unacceptable. Her behavior has completely put me off...

SHOCKED by a very rude member of staff !! I went to this Greggs Branch, CR7, today at 4.35 pm and was dealt by a very very rude member of staff. After getting my coffee, I asked very politely for "a small empty cup if possible please" and the member of staff picked up the cup and banged very rudely on the counter very close to my face. When I asked why you have to display such a behaviour, the lady got even more angry at me which was shocking. I would never go to Greggs again in my life.
