Greggs — Restaurant in London

Went into Greggs, Greenford Broadway on a Sunday morning and was met with a scene of absolute bedlam. Where do I start?!

Firstly, the place was absolutely full of Uber Eats riders waiting for their never ending orders. Staff were prioritising them over walk in customers who were trying to be served.

There was hardly any food ready and this was at 10am in the morning!! The shelves were bare and staff trying to hear more up. The coffee machine was playing up. The queue was now out of the door with no one being served.

This has to be by far the worst Greggs I have had the misfortune of visiting. GREGG’s, if you are reading this, sort it out!

I have to edit this review now in june 2022 cause of their quantity which is shrinking each day 🤦🏻‍♂️ For example: yum yums, they’ve increased its price from 99p to £1.05 then just after a month or two again gone up to £1.15 but the worse thing is quantity. In 99p yum yums were in good size but now in £1.15 size is so small So...

The service was terrible! The person named with the name beginning with S on sunday 8th was absolutely non engaged. She was so rude and walked off when I asked for a receipt..she just left my cakes in a bag on the counter and walked off.......I love this place but seriously if you dont want to work do not ruin the name of Gregg's! Cannot imagine the state of my cakes when received! Even one star is...
