Updated review: popped in at 1:45pm with promise of double stamps for hot bakes. Bought four bakes for Ā£4.80, was offered a paper bag. Asked for another paper bag to put my ice creams in and was told I’d be charged for the extra bag. Left the store ate the very cold bakes, realising I could put the ice creams in the same bag they were that cold. Checked the app and only got four points not double as promised. Come on Greggs pull your socks up this is appalling service on every level ! This on top of my previous review: It’s not the lad behind the counter’s fault, I actually felt sorry for him because he was so calm and courteous, however they’ve always run out of bacon well before the 11am breakfast cut off point and this morning was no different, however they’d also run out of rolls this morning too, so I couldn’t even have sausages in a bun!! I could pay an extra Ā£3.40 for a baguette apparently though. Don’t they sell rolls after breakfast? And at least make sure they have enough to cover that period anyway. Also this morning the queue was building up quite strongly and this poor lad was left to deal with the whole lot on his own, even though there were two other women behind the counter. One was busy labelling bags for some reason, and apparently this takes priority over service speed. The other woman was just talking to her. Full marks to the lad though, shame about the rest of the staff, especially the one that handles stock!

Really good shop, efficient with a very new look (although it only opened 2 weeks ago). The shop was put up very quickly and has a good flowing layout. The teas are Fairtrade and really nice, as is the seating and view from outdoor benches - right outside a new football stadium, this will really get some revenue on AFC Wimbledon matchdays, especially if Greggs put a Wimbledon scarf and flag up somewhere in the shop šŸ”µšŸŸ” The shop has a brilliant selection of potato wedges, sandwiches, hot and soft drinks, doughnuts galore and sharing bags of crisps and popcorn for under Ā£1! Outside a stadium in London! What would really top this off is if there was an upstairs terrace, so customers could see Wimbledon from a balcony šŸ‘Œā Very pleased with this store

Their fresh bakes are excellent, moderately priced, comes to you piping hot! Located just next to a large supermarket. Huge carpark. Very busy during lunchtimes. If no indoor seating is available, you can organise a picnic box from their range of pastries and baked goods and sit on the many benches on the terrace. Also try their pizza bites. Occasionally I order their bacon omelette breakfast rolls – excellent! Staff can be stressed sometimes – thats what you’d see when the shop is full of hungry people. but they usually keep their cool and are always respectful – it was the hottest day this year!

Was told by management that I'm not allowed to receive ketchup with the purchase of sausage rolls, I told them that the staff do it every single day as I am a regular and have never been told I'm not allowed ketchup. I said I'm more than happy to pay if that's the case and required. however, the manager would not even take my money for ketchup. he said the only way I could get ketchup is if I purchased hot food, I said I bought two sausage rolls and that is hot. so what is your point?, he said no, we don't count those as the hot food items. so he said I would have to buy one of their hot food line items to get ketchup, I called customer support and they offered me a free hot food voucher in order for me to get ketchup, I personally find sausage rolls inedible without ketchup and I find it very hard to believe a place whose main dish is sausage rolls don't offer free ketchup or even the ability to purchase ketchup. and I think the manager of the store needs a reality check and a lesson in...

So, where do I start with this review?! So I visited around lunch time, I tried ordering my food 2 cakes & 2 coffees, the young girl who served me, had no idea what she was doing, when I asked where was the cake she stood there and she smiled and said sorry I didn't charge you, so I said just forget it, cause she had missed a sausage roll which I had to pay separately from the first transaction. The pizza that came out of the OVEN was cold! That's right you read that correctly the pizza was cold when it came out of the OVEN! The staff here are awful, slow and have no clue what they are doing! there's no management, food constantly empty. Your right by a football stadium and your struggling. This place needs a new turn around with staff and management ASAP. People eating Starbucks in Gregg's and no one is telling them to move on. Pleas avoid if you want coffee as they serve...
