This is a hotel and a residence - which is bookable for longer term. The single hotel rooms are small but cosy. The higher levels are part of the residential area, which is pretty good. Very clean, with modern kitchen, storage and laundry rooms. I was impressed. You share these with only three other people as part of a flat unit, except the laundry rooms, which are on every second floor. The single rooms are small but practical, they are en-suite and have a desk, in contrast to the single hotel room, which has no desk. The place is clean, the prices are good and the staff is incredibly nice and helpful, from receptionists to the cleaning staff. They are all so nice. I was staying there temporarily while I was moving between flats but if I ever move out of London and need a hotel to stay in, this is where I will come back to. The location is good too, close to so many stores, markets, yet, not far from the city centre. The picture is from the residential room. I highly recommend this gem!

The hotel are still not offering breakfast due to Lockdown Covid 19. The reception only had snacks. The room was spotless and the ensuite showers looked new, I was given ample soft bouncy pillows and the bed was comfortable. The ice cold air conditioning was refreshing for the 30• hot summer day and has 3 blower settings, you can turn the heat up if you like. The TV is standard Digital Freeview. I would have preferred a TV which I could cast my phone screen to, but I guess most hotels will not allow this. There were quite a few power points to charge my phone and use my laptop. The room had many different lighting moods with table lamps, spotlights etc which is excellent. Sorry I don't have more pictures.

I've stayed here several times, and it's a gamble what the stay will be like. Half of the time, I've had sleepless nights due to the noise from other residents, and when you raise the issue to the front desk, little to nothing is done to make up for it. The showers could also do with maintenance 90% of the time the shower heads leak due to a deteriorating seal on the hose. The shower doors are usually missing the seals also, and my most recent stay, my colleague had the door fall off. The rooms are usually pretty clean, but they forget the tv remotes that's are usually disgusting, I now bring my own LG remote so I don't need to touch it. The only reason I still stay is due to how close it is to my client

On arrival at the hotel on Friday last week, I was expecting it to be basic, which it was, but appeared to be adequate for cost & what we needed for weekend. We were staying in London from Friday last week up to Sunday, to visit with friends living there. This hotel is part hotel on 2 floors, and residential flats above. On arrival for checkin, the receptionists were not particularly friendly at all. You would expect Hotel receptionists to be welcoming, which they were not. Checkin people in appeared to be a chore. We arrived at the hotel in the evening and had a short rest, after travelling, before heading back out to meet friends for dinner. However, when we pulled back one of the beds sheets, we discovered a pubic hair on the sheet. When we were getting ready we then found the sink was filling up, it appeared blocked & didn't drain, toilet didn't flush correctly & would take 3 flushes to remove waste. Hairs in shower, toilet seat dirty on the back, lamps on beds didn't work. When we went to reception before heading out for evening, we spoke with the night porter, who didn't appear concerned, he came up to check sink on our request, but wasn't particularly interested and was bothered that he had to check what we had told him. He said he could move us, but only room available was one that TV was not working. We had already unpacked all of our clothes etc...and didnt want to move to a room with no TV. Manager was unavailable & we were told to send him an email. Nobody available to look at the sink. . We had to spit toothpaste into toilet as the sink took so long to drain down. |My friend sent an email ro the Manager on our behalf, but we got no response from the him & were subsequently told he was off until Monday. After numerous emails to the Manager we were still getting no reply, and eventually he answered today, Wednesday, 5 days after our email, and said he would call my friend at 5pm today.|Still not a phone call, or apology. Shockingly bad customer service. I was in two minds if would stay there again for our next visit. But now that I seen the other reviews re bed bugs etc... we most...

The room I booked was a queen wheelchair accessible but what I received was a very small double and not wheelchair accessible at all. I could not open the door on my own as it was too far away being in a wheelchair. The bed was comfortable but too small to fit 2 people that are on the large size especially when one has seizures. The bathroom was manageable but not great in cleanliness at all, everything was rusty and well used. The floor was not non slip and the shower made a puddle in the whole of the bathroom that I slipped on. After seeing the room I was not impressed and the fact that I could not turn my wheelchair around due to not enough room, it is not suitable for disabled persons without wheelchair nevermind with. I asked to speak to manager, he wasnt available until next morning after 10.30 am!! I had an appointment at 9am at st george's. On arrival back to the hotel we asked for manger and he came. I told him that the room is not wheelchair accessible and does not comply with the regulations as I've just had bedroom and bathroom built by the council to regulations and is 3x times the size of their room. He said "he would refund us for tonight and to go and book another hotel that is accessible". I also told him that I could of booked the room online last night for £50 (I paid £109pn) he then said "oh we make the prices up on the day and for different people" so be careful if your vulnerable he could charge you a lot more. The breakfast is left to be desired so wouldn't waste your money, McDonald's delivers from 4am. I had a very important appointment that I had been waiting for over 2 years for and was not the best due to the hotels lack of anything to make it an easy and comfortable stay. I was not spoken to in a professional manner and felt that he didn't care about the situation or that "his room was not big enough" I need to return to the hospital and will never be using this hotel again. No stars and very bad...

I don't have a promblem with the room at all was very beautiful and peaceful very nice ...

*But they Don't really need new staff , I have to say the some adies were not welcome me at all , Even if I said Good morning they were just ignored . Only one girl she looked Indian the other one looked Russian oh my they both very helpful sweet I wish I had their names they came in the afternoon . Too sad I met them last minute I had to leave back home .

I think as a staff into a hotel no matter what your danm day is you should smile ad welcome us cause without us you don't get no job so if you treating us on a way we feel uncomfortable will never come back ...

*GOOD THING'S * transportation right in front of your face 😂 hospital 2 min away .. Train 10 min walk so easy . Foods shop $1. Shop Coffee Mobile the area very clean nice oh my love it ... As I said I enjoyed everything but some staff smh ..

Bad things* Do not uses cup on the room for tea or coffee that lady cleaned my room while I was inside I saw her watching them into the sink was very disgusting.. Nasty .

*I stayed there for 4 days they only cleaned my room twice but wasn't pleasant I know one time I refused . One if them didn't take garbage out from the washer.

Room is very cold no matter how many times you changed temperatures. Most staff seem bother if you need help...

Good * for those 2 ladies on my last day I met they were kind helpful they should be manager seriously . *If I go back would be for them only . But not nescary cause dissapointed most of my stayed👏... Good luck...
