Long ques are the norm. They are also frequently have technical problems. Is it really that difficult and time consuming to fold over the top of the bag to secure the items inside? I feel annoyed that i have to do it myself. They just put the bag on the conte fully opened up. I have never had this issue in any other place. Pryia, once you know which baguette is being purchased, take your hands off it. People don't like unnecessary contact from server when purchasing food. There is no good reason why she has to hold your baguette the whole time she using the till to ring up. If i have six items and she rings the baguette up first. She contiues holding the baguette until after the last item. Why? Is she providing free scurity from me for my baguette. Some hot food packages are likely to scald/burn your custoners. Staff to often leave the counter unmanned. You offer items on the menu that requires a fork to eat. Frequently there are no forks. They fill 2 slots with stirrers. Is the a way I'm not aware of to use stirrers as forks. Is it really so difficult to keep the napkins filled up? Your store is directly beside a hospital and surrounded by an indusrtial estate.Staffare often forced to leave the cue and return to work because of the cue being long. 1 person serving a cue 6 or seven deep, if hot drink, cakes maybe a heat up baguette is ordered that is not going to be reasonable waiting time. I now just look in first. Mostly end up going past as im not willing or able to stand waiting in a cue for too long. Greggs you all are missing a trick. Better customer service, specially reducing cues and wauting time would yeild far more sales and better profits. Considering it a newish and quire nice store , I'm surprised it not...

Stunning store, very spacious and clean. Excellent customer service, the staff are very friendly & helpful and the food taste great too at an affordable price. I come here every week, this is one of my favourite stores as they are fully stocked all the time and their sausage rolls and bakes are delicious as they are not overcooked and dry like other stores. I see some people complain about cold food, the bakes are freshly baked then left to cool, they are not cooked/baked to order, so don’t expect hot food all the time, it depends if you popped in store at the right time to get freshly baked food, i go there every morning and i always manage to get hot food. Also don’t expect your food to be hot when you order for delivery as the driver alway accept several orders so your food could be delayed and get cold, as i’ve ordered pizza before from another branch and the driver dropped 2 other orders before he came to me and i got cold pizza, so it was actually the drivers fault unless you pay extra...

June 21 in the morning, I'm going to order a coffee and order a cappuccino with oat milk. There were two men who seemed that neither of them knew anything and did not seem to know what they were doing. one of them attended me and served me a normal milk coffee. At no time did he tell me that they did not have or he realized. I was quick and I realized immediately that I had not put oat milk. With my allergies that could cost me dearly. In other places like pret manager, costa caffe you have options of plant-based milk and a wider variety of drinks. apart from the fact that the coffee is much better.
